Chuck and Anne Henle opened a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory location in Galena, Illinois, in 1990. Since then, their entire family has moved to Galena to help with the store.
On any given day, visitors can find creamy chocolate bubbling in the store’s hand-forged copper kettle or rich, luscious fudge cooling on a massive granite marble slab. Quality, freshness and mountain-sized chocolate candies are all hallmarks of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The store offers a large variety of assorted chocolates, truffles, double-dipped strawberries, fudge and unique gourmet apples.
