When developing One Eleven Main’s “Local Flavor Cuisine,” Chef Ryan Boughton looked back at his Iowa upbringing and recalled the dishes he grew up eating. He remembers his mother making goulash with “whatever she had on hand.” It was the evenings in which sausage made it into the pot that inspired Chef Ryan’s goulash recipe.
