(Chippewa Falls, WI) to hidden gems from Stevens Point Brewery (Stevens Point, WI) and Sand Creek Brewing Co. (Black River Falls, WI), One Eleven Main is
dedicated to showcasing high-quality craft beers in a wide selection of styles that complement the local flavor cuisine of One Eleven Main.
Inspired by the efforts of Galena Beer Company to bring back Galena’s rich brewing tradition, One Eleven Main is proud to offer Fevre River Ale and Miner’s Treasure. After nearly 80 years without its own distinctive brew, Galena’s new resident brewery plans to expand to a full line of beers and open a brewery on Galena’s Main Street. One Eleven Main will partner with Galena Beer Company and offer each new beer as it becomes available.
One Eleven’s expanded beer list showcases a collection of award-winning Midwest breweries
that boast wins at the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival and the
United States Beer Tasting Championship. The list was developed by One Eleven Main’s
culinary team who approached the process similar to developing a wine list. They first
scoured the Midwest researching regional micro-breweries and, after tasting nearly 100
beers, the selected brews were organized according to style. The result is an easy to
