The creative process begins every morning for each featured dish as the
One Eleven Main culinary staff surveys the latest produce deliveries to see
which vegetables and fruits are locally available and at their peak. Excitement
about one fresh local ingredient may inspire an entire dish.
Arnold's Farm Pork Feature
The Arnold's Farm Pork Feature showcases meat raised by Arnold's Farm in Elizabeth, Illinois,
and is processed in the area. The One Eleven Main culinary staff hand-cuts the meat in-house ensuring each cut is to their specifications.
