Chocolat´
The initial idea for Chocolat´ began as a joke between good friends Bonnie Bellendier and Lisa Steinle. But soon Bonnie knew the idea had potential as a serious viable business because they kept coming up with more and more ideas.
Bonnie envisioned a boutique shop offering the finest of imported and domestic chocolates - so decadent they would be considered the "eighth deadly sin." With its sleek chrome, black tile, and mirror décor, Bonnie created Chocolat´ to evoke the deco style of Paris in downtown Galena. The French, German and Italian music adds to the store's European ambiance.
Bonnie loves to tempt customers with her 225 different flavors of chocolate including specialty items from Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Venezuela.
